Left alone, a room of senior people will default to advice-giving. Before the first hotseat, explain to the group what good feedback actually looks like.

Keep the room on time. This is probably the hardest part. Politely, but firmly interrupting when people talk too much. Interject with sentences like:
"Let's get one more thought in, and give someone else some time."
Think about what words you might be comfortable using. Perhaps write them down. You'll have to come back to these regularly.
